You’re Invited: Free Community Meditation Every Saturday at 8:00 AM

Some mornings call for more doing. Others call for simply being.

At Kanab Yoga Collective, we offer a free Community Meditation class every Saturday at 8:00 AM—a gentle weekly reset and a space to breathe, soften, and come back to yourself. Whether you’ve been meditating for years or you’re brand new and not sure what to “do,” you belong here.

A Practice for Real Life

Meditation isn’t about having a perfectly quiet mind. It’s about building a relationship with your mind—learning how to notice what’s happening without getting pulled under by every thought, feeling, or story.

A classic reminder we love is this: you are the blue sky, not the clouds.
Thoughts, emotions, worries, and to-do lists move through like weather. Some days it’s bright and open. Some days it’s stormy. But the sky—your steady awareness—is still there, always.

Meditation helps you remember that.

You don’t need an hour a day to feel the effects. A consistent weekly practice can support you in powerful ways, including:

Our Community Meditation is simple, welcoming, and beginner-friendly. You can expect:

  • Simple guidance with suggested techniques

  • Breath awareness

  • Finding stillness together

Come as you are—sleepy, busy-minded, curious, or craving calm. No experience needed.
