Heart Forward February at KYC

Rachel Payton | FEB 1

It is HEART FORWARD FEBRUARY at Kanab Yoga Collective—an invitation to celebrate connection, gratitude, and the people who make our little studio a community.

This month, we’re offering a few heart-forward ways to share appreciation and spread a little extra love:

Love Letters to Teachers

Throughout February, you’ll find space in the studio to write a love letter or note of gratitude to our teachers. Whether it’s a few words or a longer reflection, your notes mean more than you know. At the end of the month, one teacher will be randomly selected to receive a free massage as a thank-you for the care, energy, and heart they bring to this community.

Random Acts of Yoga Love

Keep an eye out—our teachers will be quietly gifting free classes throughout the month. No announcements—just small, sweet surprises to thank you for practicing with us.

Leave a Review, Share the Love
If you’ve been meaning to leave us a Google or Facebook review, February is the perfect time. Reviews help small studios like ours grow and reach new students. As a thank you, anyone who leaves a review this month will receive a Kanab Yoga Collective aluminum water bottle and be entered into a raffle for 3 FREE CLASS PASS. We will be keeping an eye out for reviews, but feel free to send us a message if you share your love of the studio online.

Mark Your Calendars, we also have several special events this month.

Thursday February 12 at 6pm: Sound Bath & Ceremony with Sabrina.

An evening of grounding sound and deep relaxation to support rest, reflection and connection- whether you come alone, with someone you love or your favorite people.

February 19-March 19 on Thursdays at 5pm

Exploring Depth With Christine: 5 Week Series

This 5-week class series will help you explore yoga postures within different themes each week with a curated flow to help you safely warm-up and find new limits in your practice. You can tailor the practice to your needs with multiple options provided for each posture. We will work through the following themes of postures: forward folds, backbends, side bends, twists, and balance.

Christine’s teaching style blends her clinical knowledge and experience with helping students develop a curiosity for exploring movement abilities and cultivating presence on their mat. She is a yoga instructor with a PhD in Kinesiology and over 12 years of clinical experience as a licensed athletic trainer serving sports and performing arts populations in injury prevention and care. Christine has a passion for teaching others about and how to take care of their body’s ability to move.

You join us for all 5 classes or take the classes individually.
