As we move toward spring, we want to start with a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has taken the time to complete our studio survey. Your feedback helps us shape the schedule and offerings as we move into the spring and summer months.

Alongside our regular weekly classes, we have a few special offerings throughout the month.
Our Thursday 5 PM series continues through March. This thoughtful five-week journey invites you to slow down and explore the body with curiosity and awareness. If you haven’t joined yet, there’s still time to drop into one of the final classes. The series concludes March 19.

Sabrina returns Thursday, March 12 at 7 PM for this deeply relaxing evening of candlelit yin yoga followed by a restorative sound bath. It’s a beautiful opportunity to unwind, release tension, and reset.

On Sunday, March 22 at 6 pm Jess will guide a 90-minute special class: Awaken & Surrender in celebration of the Spring Equinox. This gentle flow followed by Yoga Nidra invites you to welcome the new season with intention—awakening energy in the body and softening into deep rest.

In honor of International Women’s History Month, on 3/21 our Saturday 9 AM Collective Flow will be offered as a donation-based class, with all proceeds benefiting the DOVE Center, which supports women & families fleeing domestic violence.
In addition to the donation class, we will also be collecting new items throughout March to donate to the shelter at the end of the month.

Our first Yogi’s in the Wild community hike was such a success that we’re doing it again. Join us Saturday, March 28 at 10:30 AM as we head out to explore another beautiful local trail together. These hikes are free community gatherings designed to connect with nature and with one another.
